Board of Directors

The Blake27 Board of Directors sets policy, oversees the property management company, reviews finances, and makes decisions that affect our community. Board members are unpaid volunteer homeowners who donate their time and effort to improve life at Blake27.

The Board is made up of five homeowner volunteers, elected by the community. The Board meets regularly and all homeowners are welcome to attend. Meeting details are communicated via email and the Owner Portal.
